A Prestigious Scholarship Programme 
GRIP is designed specially to complement existing Master's degree and PhD programs at the Faculty of Engineering, Faculty of Science and School of Computing .
It offers NUS graduate students the unique opportunity to pursue research at IISc and take faculty-related courses there or undertake research at one of the companies there. Students will also have to take up entrepreneurial and commercialization related modules.
Master's by research and PhD students will continue to be eligible for research scholarships from their faculties for the six-month duration of the programme. This includes the monthly stipend that the student would be receiving from the faculties. PhD students who have passed their Qualifying Examinations will receive an additional amount in line with current university's practices.
