Dr. Chris Pak
Dr. Chris Pak is President & Chief Executive Officer of Molecular Targeting Technologies, Inc. He was formerly associated with Centocor, a top-tier biopharmaceutical company and Mallinckrodt Inc. Dr. Pak's recent awards include the Distinguished Visiting Alumni Award from the State University of New York at Plattsburgh, SUNY Honor Roll of Alumni, and Ben Franklin Emerging Business Award.

Dr. Pak is the former President of the Chinese American Society of Nuclear Medicine and the former Vice Chair of the Global Monte Jade Science and Technology Association. He is one of the cofounders and the former Chairman of the Chinese Entrepreneur Association. Dr. Pak is a board member of Ben Franklin Minority Technology Advisory board, a board member of the Advisory Council to the PA Academy of Science, and an honorary advisor of the National University of Singapore-Biovalley (NCBV) programme.

Dr. Pak holds ten patents in the diagnostic imaging and therapy field and has published over 50 articles covering the use of antibodies for cancer and cardiovascular disease.

Ms Carol A.Ammon
Ms Carol A. Ammon has served as Chairman of the Board since May 20, 2005, when she retired as Chief Executive Officer. Previously, she had served as Chairman, Chief Executive Officer, and a Director of Endo since April 2003, as President, Chief Executive Officer and a Director since Endo's inception in 1997 and as Chairman since February 2002.

Prior to founding Endo, Ms. Ammon was the President of DuPont Merck's U.S. Pharmaceuticals Division from 1996 through 1997, and from 1993 through 1995 she was the President of Endo Laboratories, L.L.C. She also serves as a Director on the boards of Christiana Care of Delaware and the St. Louis College of Pharmacy in St. Louis, Missouri, and as a Trustee for the University of Delaware Research Foundation.
