| Through the NOC Program, I had the amazing opportunity working with John Pino, a serial entrepreneur on his sixth start-up i-Meet. I was given trust and exposure that I could never expected from any other internships. Moreover, I was able to be part of a process to create something totally new and exciting. While I hardly considered entrepreneurship as a career choice prior joining the program, the transforming experience in NOC made me believe working in a start-up company as the best way to achieve something extraordinary. I had a great internship experience working in LoadCT. It provided me hands-on experiences on both technical and business aspect. It trained me to become a better engineer and at the same time gave me plenty exposure to the business operation. The people in the company are really helpful. I am truly inspired by their determination and passion towards their work.

I always advise my juniors that if they are just looking for an overseas experience, then choose SEP and not NOC. There is more than meets the eye, beyond just being a student at a prestigious education institute or doing an internship. You need to have the passion for entrepreneurship and motivation to leverage the opportunities available to make the best of your time there. For me, NOC's about transformations too-- to be able to dream bigger than you used to and growing as a person to take on greater challenges later in life. Thank you NOC!
