Description:

You will assist the Director in developing and managing the NUS Overseas Colleges programme and coordinating general administrative matters for NUS Overseas Colleges either in Singapore or in our overseas locations in Silicon Valley, Philadelphia, Beijing, Shanghai, Stockholm and India.  Your responsibilities will include working with companies, students, NUS staff and alumni, partner universities and external agencies.     You must be willing and able to be posted overseas to any of our overseas colleges for a period of 2 years or more (no exception).

Manage the operation, finance and administration of the NUS Overseas College (NOC).  Oversee the publicity, application and selection processes.  Source for suitable internship placement for students.  Manage students and liaise with partner universities.


Requirement:
  • Recognized University degree with at least 2 years’ working experience

  • Mature disposition to deal with senior officials and students

  • Interested to work with students

  • Fluency in English, excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Motivated and disciplined self-starter, able to work independently and in a team

  • Good working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and other office computer applications

  • Some knowledge of finance/budgeting will be an advantage
